Horizontal machining centers can process larger parts

Horizontal machining center refers to a machining center machine tool with the spindle axis parallel to the worktable. It is one of the commonly used CNC machine tools, with high technical content, and is one of the iconic products of the development level of the CNC machine tool industry. It can process larger parts and can also be used for indexing and rotary machining, suitable for multi process machining of parts with multiple working surfaces such as milling, drilling, boring, hinge, tapping, 2D, 3D surfaces, etc.
Structural features:
1. Mechatronics integrated layout, compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation, using advanced electronic technology and mechanical devices to achieve optimal matching, high reliability, and convenient use and maintenance. Use imported Taiwan CNC rotary worktable. The three coordinate motion is concentrated on the pillar at the rear of the machine tool;

Working principle:
The basic movement of the machine tool is mainly controlled through CNC systems and servo drive devices. The main feature of its structure is the horizontal setting of the spindle, which is usually composed of 3-5 moving components (spindle box, workbench, column or spindle sleeve, etc.). Set up an automatic exchange workbench on a horizontal machining center to form a flexible manufacturing unit (FMC), achieving automatic workpiece exchange, which allows for loading and unloading of another workpiece while processing. After the workpiece is clamped once, it completes multiple automatic processing steps, automatically selects and replaces cutting tools, automatically changes the spindle speed and feed rate of the machine tool, automatically changes the motion trajectory between the cutting tool and the workpiece, and automatically realizes other auxiliary functions.
