Material of Main Parts and Arrangement Of Reinforcement Plate

CNC Axis Servo Drives And Guideway Sub-components
1. X/Y/Z-axis drive: AC servo motor + synchronous belt pulley + high-precision ball screw (pre-tensioning between ball screw and nut, full-stroke inspection, eliminating the gap) transmission structure, to achieve X, Y, Z three-way feeding.
 
2. X/Y-axis guideway: adopts linear sliding guideway, which has the advantages of good dynamic characteristics, large load bearing, high running accuracy, no crawling at low speed, and small friction resistance.
 
3. Z-axis guideway: the guideway surface of ram adopts high-frequency quenching and heat treatment process, and is processed by guideway grinding to obtain high surface roughness and surface hardness, and then it is combined with Y-axis drag plate (which adopts PTFE molding process) to form the sliding guideway
cylinder to control the fork to realize the spindle speed of high and low gear automatic switching.
 
4. Spindle loosening and pulling: special hydraulic cylinder is used to complete the spindle automatic loosening action, and the spindle automatic pulling is automatically completed by the butterfly reed.
