Brief description of the main structure

1.Integrated structure, stable and durable
Base, working platform integrated structure, beam, column integrated structure, overall casting, base multi-point support, the middle of the working platform design has 9 points of support, all-round anti-distortion structure, strong seismic ability, to achieve the best dynamic horizontal accuracy and durability, increase the overall cutting rigidity and cutting stability of the machine tool. The castings are made of high quality resin sand shape, high strengthcast iron material and cast by mianna casting process. After the secondary aging treatment, the high stability of the machine tool is guaranteed.
2.Three axis guide rail
X / Y / Z axis standard with Taiwan HIWIN / PMI rail, small beating, low friction and high running speed. Strong rigidity, large bearing capacity, and long service life. With Taiwan Okada 24T disc manipulator knife warehouse, improve the processing efficiency. Standard 8000 rpm high rigidity high precision BT40 spindle, direct connection drive, high transmission efficiency. The Z-axis is equipped with a double nitrogen balance cylinder to reduce the motor load and improve the response speed.
3.Three-axis bearing

4.External protective sheet metal

5.Pneumatic system
It is mainly used in clip knife; spindle center blow; spindle front seal blow.
6.Lubrication system
The three axes are lubrby grease. The ball screw pair adopts automatic dilute oil lubrication mode. Three coordinate guide track, there is automatic control of the lubrication point, lubricating oil through the shunt lubrication guide track, the action is automatically controlled by the numerical control system.
7.Electric cabinet
The heat exchanger of electric control box is installed in sealed type, avoiding convection from internal and external air; blocking moisture, oil, gas and dust into the electric control box; simplified light space and simple maintenance.
Electric control box air conditioning (optional): the special air conditioning machine (air conditioning) can be selected according to the external environmental conditions; the temperature control accuracy of electronic temperature control is ± 1℃, which can keep the constant temperature in it, control the heat source and have dehumidification function, and improve the life of electronic components.
8.System
