Safety Precautions For Operation Of Gantry Machining Center

1. The operator should be familiar with and master the performance and characteristics of the gantry machining center machine. Ensure that the emergency stop switch can quickly and effectively function in the event of an emergency, avoiding injury accidents.

2. Wear labor protection equipment according to regulations and strictly prohibit wearing gloves during operation.

3. When the equipment is working, do not touch the electronic switch with damp hands to avoid electric shock, and do not touch any moving parts with your hands.

4. Tools or non machined workpieces shall not be placed on the gantry machining center or moving objects.

5. The computer desk next to the machine must be sturdy and cannot be placed on moving parts.

When moving up and down the workpiece, the machine should be stopped first and attention should be paid to maintaining an appropriate distance between the workpiece and the tool. During machine operation, please do not open the front door or left and right protective covers arbitrarily to avoid personal injury.

7. After completing the tool setting, please run the DRY RUN test first to ensure that the program is correct and error free.

8. After power failure or emergency stop, when shutting down, the three axes should be restored to their original mechanical position.

9. Do not dismantle the relevant parts of the travel switch or any protective switch without authorization.

Before leaving the machine after finishing work, the control power switch on the operation panel and the main switch of the electrical box should be turned off.
