The composition and function of CNC lathes

1. Subject

The main body of the machine tool includes mechanical components such as the bed, spindle box, bed saddle, tailstock, and feed mechanism.

2. CNC device

The numerical control device is the control core of the numerical control lathe, generally controlled by a dedicated computer, mainly composed of a display, keyboard, input and output devices, rough tools, and system software.

3. Servo drive system

The servo drive system is the driving component of the execution mechanism of a CNC lathe, which converts the motion command information output by the CNC device into the motion of the moving parts of the machine tool, mainly including spindle drive, feed drive, and position control.

4. Auxiliary devices

Auxiliary devices refer to some supporting components of CNC lathes, including tool changing devices, tool aligners, hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic devices, cooling systems, and chip removal devices.
