Material Of Main Parts And Arrangement Of Reinforcement Plate
1. Castings: bed, table, column, beam, Y-axis drag plate, ram and other large parts are made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron material and resin sand molding process, and tempering heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, to obtain a good overall stable structure. Utilizing the cast iron material's characteristics of high strength, good rigidity, low thermal influence, and excellent seismic performance, the overall accuracy of the machine tool is guaranteed for a long time. 2. Fascia: the use of three-dimensional finite element analysis technology, optimize the design, reasonable arrangement of the fascia, the overall stability of the structure for a long time, so as to ensure the overall accuracy of the machine tool for a long time, to extend the service life.
Optional oil cooler can realize constant temperature control of spindle parts to meet the requirements of high-speed machining accuracy.
3. Spindle loosening and pulling knife: the use of special hydraulic cylinders to complete the spindle automatic loosening action, the spindle automatic pulling knife is automatically completed by the butterfly reed.
4. Spindle rigidity: the spindle is arranged at the center of Z-axis ram and adopts mandrel grinding process with the inner hole of ram, which has excellent rigidity and meets the requirement of strong cutting.

CNC Axis Servo Drives And Guideway Sub-components

1. X/Y/Z-axis drive: AC servo motor + synchronous belt pulley + high-precision ball screw (pre-tensioning between ball screw and nut, full-stroke inspection, eliminating the gap) transmission structure, to achieve X, Y, Z three-way feeding.
2. X/Y-axis guideway: adopts linear sliding guideway, which has the advantages of good dynamic characteristics, large load bearing, high running accuracy, no crawling at low speed, and small friction resistance.
 
3. Z-axis guideway: the guideway surface of ram adopts high-frequency quenching and heat treatment process, and is processed by guideway grinding to obtain high surface roughness and surface hardness, and then it is combined with Y-axis drag plate (which adopts PTFE molding process) to form the sliding guideway
Hydraulic Part Of The Machine
1. Ram balancing: two special hydraulic balancing cylinders are used to balance the weight of the spindle parts, ram parts and main gearbox parts to reduce the no-load load of the ballscrews and the wear on the Z-axis screws, which can guarantee the accuracy of the ballscrews for a long time, thus ensuring the long term accuracy of the machine tool.
2. The spindle shift, through the special hydraulic shift cylinder to control the fork to realize the spindle speed of high and low gear automatic switching.
3. Spindle loosening and pulling: special hydraulic cylinder is used to complete the spindle automatic loosening action, and the spindle automatic pulling is automatically completed by the butterfly reed.
Other Devices
1. ATC automatic exchange device: optional tool magazine device chain (suitable for automatic transposition angle head of vertical and horizontal conversion ATC) robot tool magazine, tool magazine capacity of 32/40, can realize random tool change, shorten the auxiliary work time.
2. Double-side spiral chip removal device (standard) + chain lifting device and chip receiving car (standard).
3. Full-automatic head changing and automatic indexing (5°×72 equidistant) right-angle milling head (optional)
Control System
The machine is standard equipped with FANUC 0i-MF numerical control system, 10.4-inch color LCD display, with linear/arc/spiral interpolation, three-axis linkage, rigid tapping, graphic display, coordinate system setting, tool bias, fixed cycle, troubleshooting, error compensation, program transmission and storage (CF card interface) and otherfunctions.
