Installation Conditions For CNC Machining Center Environment
Nov 06, 2023
CNC machining centers belong to precision machine tools. In order to avoid damaging the machining center and effectively extend the service life of related equipment, we should pay attention to the following four points:
1. Pay attention to the influence of temperature and humidity on the machining center
Generally speaking, the optimal operating temperature for machining centers is below 30 ℃, and only at this temperature can the working state of the machining center reach optimal performance. Nowadays, it is believed in the market that most machining centers are equipped with exhaust fans and cooling fans inside to ensure that related electronic components and central processing work at a constant temperature. Once the temperature and humidity of the operating environment are too high, it will cause a decrease in the lifespan of control system components, leading to malfunctions in machining centers. In addition, if the environmental humidity increases, It can also cause dust to increase on the integrated circuit board, directly leading to poor contact and short circuit faults.
2. Basic requirements for installation environment of machining centers
In order to ensure the optimal operating status of the machining center, we should install it in an environment far away from the source, away from direct sunlight, without thermal radiation, and without humidity. If there is a source near the installation environment, shock-absorbing grooves should be set up around the machining center to avoid affecting its operating status.
3. Power requirements for machining centers
The machining center is often installed in the machining workshop, and there are often many equipment in the machining workshop, which inevitably leads to large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, another major requirement for the installation environment of the machining center is to strictly control the voltage and current of the power supply. The voltage and current of the power supply must be controlled within the allowable range of the horizontal machining center, and the voltage and current of the power supply must be kept stable, Otherwise, it will directly affect the normal operation of the horizontal machining center.
4. Do not change factory settings arbitrarily
When using the machining center, users are not allowed to change the factory settings of the machining center at will to avoid affecting the dynamic characteristics of various components of the machining center. If you need to change the factory settings, please follow the guidance of professional personnel.
