The indexing device of the conical blade magazine is designed based on the principle that the external meshing groove wheel mechanism can convert the uniform continuous motion of the driving shaft into periodic intermittent motion of the driven shaft. When selecting knives for the conical blade magazine, the first step is to receive a rotation command from the magazine rotary motor. The input shaft drives the positioning flange to rotate through a coupling, thereby causing the cylindrical rollers on the positioning flange to rotate around the center of the flange; When the cylindrical roller rotates a certain angle and enters the indexing groove of the indexing plate, the indexing plate is moved to start the indexing motion; When the indexing disc rotates a certain angle, the cylindrical roller comes out of the indexing groove, and the tool magazine drum disc (the indexing disc is connected to the tool magazine drum through screws and rotates together as shown in Figure 1) is stationary and positioned by the locking half shaft of the positioning flange.
