4. The spindle cutting method adopts an oil pressure mechanism, which evenly applies force to the spindle during cutting and prolongs the service life of the bearings.
5. The electrical box adopts an internal isolation design, which separates the heat source part of the controller. A heat exchanger is used in front to dissipate heat and prevent external dust from entering the electrical box; The rear side uses a fan to dissipate heat from the fan heat plate.
6. The three-axis adopts high-precision ball screws, combined with precision nut pre pressing and tail end pre pulling devices, to ensure that the machine's back clearance and thermal deformation remain at low values for a long time.
7. The X/Y/Z axis adopts Taiwan Shangyin P-grade roller linear guide rail, which has high rigidity and low noise, and can achieve fast displacement and cycle accuracy. The fast movement speed is 32/32/24m/min.
8. All finished products have undergone laser positioning correction and circular testing to ensure positioning accuracy and servo characteristics, and strict inspection measures are taken before the machine is shipped to ensure long-term stability of various accuracy of the machine.
