Machine tools have good rigidity and shock absorption when used for heavy or intermittent cutting; Simultaneously possessing good thermal stability and long-lasting precision stability. The machine tool is designed with a linear guide rail structure for the XY/Z axis, and a heavy preloading process is used for all three directional tracks, which allows the machine tool to balance high-speed and high-precision characteristics, as well as features such as re cutting, rigidity, and production efficiency.
2. All key component structures of the machine are designed using advanced 3D CAD software and determined through advanced computer finite element analysis. The bed body, columns, bed saddles, and other parts are designed with large cross-sectional dimensions, and the guide rails are designed with large spans to ensure the strength, stiffness, and thermal stability of the machine tool.
3. The main joint surfaces of the optomechanical assembly are manually finely scraped and polished to ensure effective contact between the joint surfaces.
4. The spindle group adopts precision spindle units produced by Taiwanese brand companies, and the spindle bearings are made of world-renowned high-precision angular contact thrust ball bearings to ensure spindle accuracy and rigidity. The spindle and motor pulley have been tested by a dynamic balance instrument to ensure the accuracy and lifespan of the spindle. The front cover of the spindle adopts an air curtain protection device to prevent the invasion of air dust and chip liquid. The spindle comes with an air blowing function. Before each tool change, compressed air is blown through the middle of the spindle to clean the inner cone hole and tool holder of the spindle, remove any residue on the inner cone hole and tool holder, and ensure effective connection between the spindle and tool holder.
