Three regulations for gantry machining centers
1. The operator should be familiar with and grasp the performance and characteristics of the machine. Ensure that the emergency stop switch can quickly and effectively function in case of an emergency, avoiding damage accidents.
2. Wear labor protection equipment according to regulations and strictly prohibit wearing gloves during operation.
3. When the equipment is working, do not touch the electronic switch with damp hands to avoid electric shock. Do not touch any moving parts with your hands.
4. Do not place tools or non machined workpieces on machines or moving objects.
5. The computer desk or work desk next to the machine must be sturdy and cannot be placed on moving parts.
When moving up and down the workpiece, the machine should be stopped first, and attention should be paid to maintaining an appropriate distance between the workpiece and the tool. During machine operation, please do not open the front door or left and right protective covers at will to avoid personal injury.
7. After completing the tool setting, please run the dryrun first to ensure that the program is correct and error free.
When the power is cut off or there is an emergency stop, the three axes should be restored to their original mechanical position.
9. Do not remove the travel switch or any related parts of the protective switch without authorization.
Before leaving the machine after completing work, turn off the control panel's power switch and the main switch of the electrical box.
