The three-axis feed screw is a double nut pre tightened large lead imported precision ball screw, which is directly connected to a high torque AC servo motor to ensure no transmission error, positioning accuracy, and repeatability. All three axes use original imported support bearings to ensure the transmission accuracy and service life of the machine tool. The BT series mechanical spindle in Taiwan is equipped with high-precision P4 grade spindle bearings, which give it high rigidity, high precision, and the ability to operate at high speeds for a long time to ensure stable working conditions. Coupled with high-power spindle motors, it has strong torque and can achieve high-speed and high-precision cutting. The automatic lubrication system is equipped with a timed and quantitative function to ensure smooth lubrication, more intuitive and user-friendly fault detection, and reduce usage and maintenance costs. The three-axis guide rail and screw adopt a fully enclosed protective cover, which has excellent protective performance.
