Adopting well-known Taiwanese brands for high-speed, high-precision, and high rigidity spindle units, all important components have been strengthened and processed; Using world-renowned P4 grade spindle bearings and lubricated with KLUBR NBU15 grease, the entire spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions and undergoes computer balance correction and running in testing, resulting in a long service life and high reliability.
The spindle can achieve stepless speed regulation within its speed range. The spindle is controlled by a built-in encoder in the motor, which can achieve spindle orientation and rigid tapping functions.
The guide rail, ball screw pair, and support bearing all adopt centralized automatic thin oil lubrication. Each node is equipped with a quantitative oil distributor, which regularly and quantitatively injects oil to each lubrication part to ensure uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reducing friction resistance, improving motion accuracy, and ensuring the service life of the ball screw and guide rail.
