(Y-axis): Made of high-strength high-quality cast iron with resin sand molding. The Y-axis guide rail is supported by a ball guide rail, with a high feed rate; The servo motor is directly connected to the screw using an elastic coupling, which has good seismic performance, strong rigidity, and good stability.
Column (Z-axis): The column is a frame structure made of high-strength high-quality cast iron and resin sand molding. The guide rail adopts a large spiral high-precision ball guide rail, and high load-bearing sliders are densely distributed on the linear guide rails of each roller, so that the machine tool can achieve high rigidity and long-term stability accuracy. Combined with a strong lubrication system, this structure has good seismic performance.
