This series of products introduces internationally advanced dynamic rigid design concepts, all of which adopt three-dimensional design, with strong frame rigidity, symmetrical structure, and strong stability. After finite element analysis of the casting, the structural strength is improved and the reinforcement of the rib pattern is optimized, making the machine tool have high rigidity, high strength, and excellent geometric positional accuracy, while ensuring the long-term stability and high precision of the machine tool.
The machine tool is a column moving structure, mainly composed of rotating worktable, bed, column, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling and filtering system, chip removal device, rotating operation panel, and electrical control system. Three axis travel 1000 * 600 * 750M, table size 1300 * 600mm, standard X/Y/Z three axis heavy load roller linear guide, Taiwan, China BT40/BT50 spindle, 18000-24000RPM electric spindle, 24/30 manipulator tool magazine and automatic tool change device are optional. The chip removal method supports configuration according to requirements.
