The hydraulic system adopts motors, transformer pumps, air cooling devices, and high-speed hollow rotating oil cylinders, supplied by a factory in Taiwan. The clamping force of the chuck is stable, easy to adjust, and has low noise. The transmission part adopts imported linear guide rails, and the precision ball screw assembly is driven by imported servo motors. Fast processing speed, controller system, convenient programming operation, highly intelligent technology, fast response speed, and stable operation.
Adopting a high rigidity cast iron 45 ° inclined bed structure, the chip removal is smooth. The design of a long span linear guide rail ensures stable and reliable feed. The spindle and feed are both servo motors that can quickly perform acceleration and deceleration movements.
