a. Control system. Automatic machining of machine tools is realized through Taiwan, China NC system programming. The system controls the inclined rear inclined slide table to complete machining such as workpiece turning and chamfering steps through tool changing and CNC interpolation. The system controls functions such as spindle start stop, workpiece clamping, coolant switch, and interpolation control of its corresponding linear slide table.
b. Bed and base. Plays a role in supporting and installing various components. The materials are HT300 and HT250, which have undergone casting annealing treatment and harmonic vibration aging to eliminate residual stress, effectively ensuring the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
c. Spindle and spindle drive. The maximum speed of the spindle is 4000r/min, and the working temperature rise of the spindle is ≤ 35 ℃. The spindle drive is a Beijing Curiosity 7.5KW spindle servo motor, which is driven by a synchronous belt with the spindle. Through the control of FANOCOI-TD, different rotational speeds and angular positioning can be set.
d. Feed drive. This machine uses a servo motor directly connected to a ball screw to convert rotational motion into linear motion, driving a precision slide table to achieve forward and backward feed during the machining process. The servo motors, drivers, ball screws, and linear guides used in machine tools are all produced by domestic brands. In order to better ensure the working accuracy and speed of the machine, the main body of the slide table is made of HT300 cast iron, which is annealed and subjected to harmonic vibration aging to eliminate internal stress. The maximum speed of the slide table in the Z direction is 24 meters per minute, and the maximum speed in the X direction is 28 meters per minute. The minimum feed rate of the slide table is 0.001 mm.
e. Lubrication system. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system, which is automatically controlled by a CNC system in a timed and quantitative manner, and is equipped with a low liquid alarm device, eliminating the trouble of liquid shortage.
