Using ceramic bearings has better accuracy, stiffness, and smoothness than steel ball bearings.
2.The conical surface and end face of the BT40 spindle can be simultaneously close to the tool holder, ensuring the required tool stiffness under heavy cutting conditions.
Equipped with a short nose spindle, the blade tip is positioned further away from the spindle fixing point, achieving more stable spindle machining and greater rigidity!
