1. The feed component of the machine tool adopts imported precision ball screws, and the supporting bearings at both ends are equipped with specialized bearings for imported ball screws. The ball screws are pre stretched. The connection between the screw and the motor adopts a rigid coupling without clearance, which drives without clearance, has small rotational inertia, and high transmission stiffness. The machine tool guide rail adopts imported linear guide rails. The lead screw and guide rail are equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication device, which provides automatic oil supply for the lead screw, guide rail, and bearings at regular intervals, ensuring sufficient lubrication of the machine tool during movement and ensuring fast response characteristics and low-speed feed performance.
2. The I/O part of the machine tool is highly integrated with the CNC control part using printed circuit boards, greatly reducing the failure rate. The wiring is neat and the structure is reasonable. The electrical cabinet is equipped with a heat dissipation device.
