1. Overall layout of the machine tool
The VMC1160 vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout, with the columns fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the columns (in the Z direction), the slide moves longitudinally along the bed (in the Y direction), and the worktable moves laterally along the slide (in the X direction).
The bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box and other large components are all made of high-strength cast iron materials. These large components are optimized using 3D computer software, with reasonable arrangement of ribs and complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, ensuring that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
2 systems
The standard configuration of the CNC system includes KND2000 or Guangshu 25i control system and driver, with complete functions and easy operation; Standard RS-232 communication interface, USB port and related software, with DNC online processing function.
3 Dragging System
X. The Y and Z axis guide rail pairs adopt Taiwan Shangyin 45mm rolling linear roller guide rails, which have low dynamic and static friction, low wear, high positioning accuracy, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, long service life, interchangeability, excellent servo drive performance, and improve the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
X. The Y and Z-axis servo motors are directly coupled with high-precision ball screws from Taiwan through elastic couplings, reducing intermediate links and achieving seamless transmission, flexible feed, accurate positioning, and high transmission accuracy.
The Z-axis servo motor has an automatic brake function, which can automatically brake the motor shaft in the event of power failure, preventing it from rotating and providing safety protection
