Product Performance Introduction
The X-axis of VMC1260 vertical machining center adopts two 45mm roller heavy-duty strong line rails and a six slide seat design structure, which can double the contact area between the line rail and the slide seat. The worktable adopts a composite worktable, which not only increases the strength of the worktable but also minimizes the interference of the fixing bolts of the slide seat on the accuracy of the worktable.
The Y-axis adopts four 45mm tracks and an eight slide design structure. It adopts a scheme of two main bearing tracks and two supporting tracks. The two main bearing tracks only move with precision and load, while the two supporting tracks only support the function. A special installation process is adopted to overcome the impact of accumulated errors caused by the installation of multiple tracks on the accuracy and service life of the tracks.
The Z-axis adopts two 45mm roller heavy-duty strong line gauges and a six slide design structure, which can double the contact area between the track and the main axle box and improve the overall rigidity of the Z-axis.
