CAK6140 Product Introduction
1. Workpiece clamping. The workpiece clamping is driven by a hydraulic rotary cylinder to clamp the chuck. The work pressure requirement is 1-2Mpa. The hydraulic station is equipped with components made in Taiwan, China.
2. Tool installation. Choose a ten station hydraulic turret.
3. Cooling device. The workpiece cooling adopts a multi-stage high-pressure pump to discharge coolant and cool the workpiece and props. Single pump provides cutting area. The motor power is 150W
Machine tool protection. The sheet metal of the machine tool is a fully enclosed frame type, with a beautiful appearance and smooth lines. The installation of foldable linked fully enclosed stainless steel protective cover on the machine tool slide table provides good isolation and protection for the wire rail and screw rod. A side sliding door is installed in front of the sheet metal, which is equipped with a large area of transparent tempered glass.
