The use of hard rail CNC lathes is suitable for heavy cutting, large molds and high hardness workpieces. The hard rail CNC lathe refers to the casting part that the guide rail and the bed are one, and then the guide rail is processed on the basis of the casting. That is, the shape of the guide rail is cast on the bed, and then the guide rail is processed after quenching and grinding, and the bed and the guide rail are not necessarily integrated, for example, the steel guide rail is nailed to the bed after processing. The sliding contact surface of the hard rail is large, the rigidity is good, the seismic ability is strong, the bearing capacity is strong, and it is suitable for heavy load cutting.
MCP is specifically designed for CNC machine tools and is also a node on OPI. Its layout varies depending on the application scenario. Currently, there are two versions of MCP: lathe version and milling version. For 810D and 840D, the MPI addresses of MCP are 14 and 6, respectively, set using the S3 switch behind MCP.
